Itasca, IL – June 19, 2024 – PECO Pallet's Chief Commercial Officer, Lisa Vegso, has been recognized by Global Trade Magazine as one of the top 20 women who are leading innovation in logistics and supply chain.
Lisa was selected by the magazine’s editors following an evaluation of dozens of nominated candidates for the 2024 award, each of whom are women executives playing critical roles for their organizations in supply chain operations and services.
“Women are becoming increasingly crucial in logistics and supply chains for several reasons,” the magazine noted in its recently published story announcing the honorees. “Firstly, they bring a valuable skillset. Secondly, the industry thrives on organization, planning, and meeting tight deadlines – areas where women often excel. Additionally, women bring diverse perspectives that can spark innovation and improve problem-solving in a complex global network,” the magazine added.
“As Chief Commercial Officer, Lisa has provided expertise and strategic leadership that have been instrumental in driving PECO Pallet's growth engine across North America,” said Joe Dagnese, PECO Pallet’s chief executive officer. “This recognition is a well-deserved honor that highlights her significant contributions to our company and our industry.
